About Industrial Water Management

Conor O’Donovan is the Managing Director of IWM. He has over 20 years’ experience in the water treatment industry and joined IWM in 2005. He went on to set up the company’s water hygiene division – which focuses primarily on legionella control in healthcare facilities – and was appointed as a director in 2011.

Since then he has consolidated the work of his father Barry – who established the business in 1974 – and has focused on steadily growing the business year-on-year for the past decade. Under his stewardship IWM have built a very strong and loyal customer base in both the public and private sectors.

Anthony Rainbow is the General Manager of IWM. He has worked in senior business development roles in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors for over a decade and is focused on IWM’s commercial strategy and operations.

Drawing on his successful GAA career – where over 19 years he won two Leinster Championships for his native Kildare, as well as a prestigious All Star in 2000 – Anthony is well versed in building and managing successful and high performing business teams that deliver for their clients.

Paul McGuigan is IWM’s Operations Manager. He joined IWM in 2014 and has over 15 years’ experience in the water treatment and hygiene industry.

A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, Paul oversees the work of IWM’s technicians and consultants across all of our public and private sector programmes. In an industry where there is no room for error he ensures that all of our staff consistently operate to the highest quality standards.

Kieran McGuinness is IWM’s Business Development Manager. Kieran joined IWM in 2016 and has over 20 years’ experience in account management roles in the water treatment and hygiene industry having previously worked for both GE Water and Aquachem Ltd.

A graduate of NUIG, Kieran is responsible for developing our existing accounts and ensuring that they perform according to our client’s requirements.

Jason Lynch is IWM’s Operations/Project Manager. He joined IWM in 2014 and has over 22 years’ experience in the Water Treatment  industry having previously worked for Norwood Plumbing. IWM is the third Water Treatment company Jason has worked for.

Jason has completed training in BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training), MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training) and HUET & EBS (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training with Emergency Breathing Systems) at the National Maritime College of Ireland in Cork.

Jason has also spent time off-shore working in the Caspian Sea conducting Pre-Commissioning work.
